STATEMENT OF WORK – SILVER LEVEL

I. 21 Points Tune Up

1. Air Conditioning

  1. Change/Wash Provided filter
  2. Check all electrical connections
  3. Inspect fuses and disconnect/conduit
  4. Check voltage for drops
  5. Inspect copper insulation
  6. Inspect safeties and controls
  7. Verify amp draw on compressors and motors
  8. Check for signs of oil/ refrigeration leaks at coil
  9. Verify proper operation cooling temperatures
  10. Inspect condensate drain line

2. Heating

  1. Change/Wash Provided filter
  2. Safety Inspection of controls and safeties
  3. Inspect Blower wheel and motor
  4. Check electrical connections
  5. Verify proper ignition of gas furnace
  6. Check heat exchanger
  7. Check for vibrations
  8. Check amp draws on motors
  9. Verify proper venting on flue pipe
  10. Check thermostat
  11. Inspect condensate drain line

II. 2 Maintenance / safety checks a year

III. 1 condenser cleaning a year

IV. Extended equipment life

V. Discounts:

  1. 10% discounts on repairs
  2. 5% discount on new equipment purchases
  3. Never pay a premium charge
