Called and got an appointment Trish called me back and said they had an earlier time open up if i wanted to be seen sooner.  Came out in the morning and had all new system installed same day.  Tonight me and my wife will be sleeping comfortably!  I guess u can say I went from ZERO TO HERO!   Very fast Very professional and very respectable! From setting my appointment to getting financed and having everything installed i couldn't have been more impressed with yalls help.  Definitely recommend over and over again! Nathan and Andy are very professional & will explain your problem immediately. They installed 120V automatic condensate removal pump to resolve this issue. When water enters my float switch (also known as an overflow or safety switch), it means your primary gravity drain line is either completely clogged, incorrectly sloped, or the system lacks the proper gravity fall to push the water out of the house. I have always had this problem since my last ac unit & although water does drain , but on Hot  peak temperatures the unit would blow Hot air because not enough water was draining. My experience with Zero Heating AC & refrigeration was amazing. Our HVAC gave out at the end of the day and they picked up the phone fast and had someone on their way that same night. Orlando, Nathan, and Anthony were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Nathan guided us through the process they underwent to install a new system, & answered any questions we had at completion of service. Nathan and Anthony were awesome and worked their tails off for 2 days replacing my old unit and then blowing in new insulation in the attic. Amazing experience! It was 6pm on labor day weekend when I noticed my ac wasnt working it was 85 degrees in my house. I thought I was screwed. Trisha answered the phone promptly and let me know she could have someone out by 9 PM. She quickly took extra steps to coordinate with my landlord’s limited phone service and sent the tech out. Orlando arrived 40 mins early and was done by just after his quoted arrival time. He taught me what he was doing and showed me preventative measures I can take so this doesn’t happen again. AC capacitor goes out Thursday evening. Contacted Zero that evening. Had a tech out the NEXT morning at 9 AM! Louis C fixed my unit quickly and went over future tune-ups/services. He was so polite, thorough, and did such a great job -- all in a house that was so HOT in Texas Summer. Price was great and the service was wonderful. Definitely recommend Louis and Zero AC! Also want to give recognition to Trisha would helped coordinate scheduling so quickly and being so responsive -- thank you!
